1.)  eTender participating non-refundable DD in name of "ProSal Auctions Pvt. Ltd.", payable at "Gurgaon" for Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) + GST.

2.) EMD DD in name of "M/s. West Coast Polychem Pvt Ltd" , payable at "Mumbai​" for Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only). EMD of all unsuccessful bidders will be returned latest within 07 working days of bid/quote approval from competent authority by "Registered AD - Post" OR by "Courier" as per market availability during pandemic. ProSal does NOT take responsibility of tracking same. No interest is payable on the EMD.

Both DD's should reach us by courier or in person latest by 29-October-2024 before 06:00 pm to our office at 402, Centre Point, J. B. Nagar, Andheri-Kurla Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai – 400 059. Ph. (022) 40503000 in sealed envelope. Only upon receiving both DD together with eTender participation form and documents mentioned therein, Buyers would be able to place their bids after login in ProSal (without transportation charges, labour charges, GST, etc).
