1.)  eTender participating non-refundable DD in name of "Prosal Auctions Pvt. Ltd.", payable at "Gurgaon" for Rs. 3,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) + GST

2.) EMD DD in name of 'M/S CG Power And Industrial Solutions Limited" , payable at "​Chennai" for Rs. 1,78,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Seventy Eight Thousand Only). EMD of all unsuccessful bidders will be returned latest within 07 working days of bid/quote approval from competent authority by "Registered AD - Post" OR by "Courier" as per market availability during pandemic. ProSal does NOT take responsibility of tracking same. No interest is payable on the EMD. 

The EMD is for all the listings as mentioned in the Terms and Conditions.

Both DD's should reach us by courier or in person latest by 27-January-2026 before 06:00 pm to our office at 718, 7th Floor, JMD Megapolis, Sector-48, Sohna Road, Gurugram - 122018. Ph. (124) 2678600 in sealed envelope. Only upon receiving both DD together with eTender participation form and documents mentioned therein, Buyers would be able to place their bids after login in ProSal (without transportation charges, labour charges, GST, etc).
