1.Buyer Fees 3% + GST.Minimum fees if INR 1,000 + GST.
2. Quote Validity Is Of 60 Days for With Paper vehicles. Kindly Inspect The Vehicle Before Bidding. , No Missing Part Found, Fog Lamp Out Side Fitted, Cng Fitted And Also Endorsed In Rc And Policy.
3. Quote Validity Is Of 90 Days for Without Paper Vehicles. Kindly Inspect The Vehicle Before Bidding. , No Missing Part Found, Fog Lamp Out Side Fitted, Cng Fitted And Also Endorsed In Rc And Policy.
4. Any Accessories/Extra fitment other than OEM standard equipment shall not be the part of salvage. The Luxury/VIP Number may retain by Customer or Registration Authority as per Regulation. If vehicle will be finalized W/O RC then respective buyer may dispose of the vehicle as per respective RTO condition and as per government guidelines.
5. All vehicles are listed for sale on an “As is where is what is” basis. Buyers/bidders are required to inspect the vehicles thoroughly and do necessary due diligence with the appropriate regional transport office (RTO) before participating and placing their bids on the vehicle listings.
6. In rare cases when bids are placed by mistake, Buyers/bidders are required to inform the same to Prosal portal before the close time of the listings. Once the listing is over, winning buyers/bidders are liable to make payments to the seller for the vehicles agreed to be purchased/won by them.
